We promise to do everything we can to support your recovery from chaos and disconnection to recovery and connection by giving you the education, principles, resources and tools we know you need to shift, recover, heal and thrive.
We ask you to bring yourself fully, even if you feel fear and confusion, hurt and anger, and let us guide you on to your path. If after 90 days of doing the work you have committed to do here, if you are not feeling this shift, we will continue to coach you for as long as it takes (as long as you stay engaged and follow our guidance).
